Scope and current service design

This notice describes personal-data processing when you visit this independent informational and affiliate website. The intended launch configuration uses Leadpages to deliver the pages, CookieYes to manage cookie preferences, an optional Meta Pixel for advertising measurement only after the required Marketing consent, and outbound affiliate links to Digistore24 / the merchant environment. We do not currently provide account registration, email capture, a newsletter or a contact form. We do not intentionally use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Conversions API, social-media embeds or embedded third-party video.

Technical delivery and hosting through Leadpages

When you access the website, technical information may be processed to deliver and secure the page, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer information, browser/device information, operating system, language settings and technical log or security information. The exact fields, recipients, storage locations and retention periods depend on the configured Leadpages service and must be confirmed before publication.

Purposes:
page delivery, system security, fault diagnosis and service administration.
Legal basis:
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure operation, technical delivery and protection of this website. The legitimate interest is the reliable provision and security of the website infrastructure.
Provider/recipient:
Leadpages provides technical website infrastructure and hosting services for page delivery and website operation. The applicable provider information and data processing terms are available through Leadpages' current privacy documentation.
International transfers:
Where applicable, international data transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and appropriate safeguards.
Retention:
Technical data is retained only for as long as necessary for website operation, security purposes, troubleshooting and compliance obligations.

Consent management with CookieYes

Legal bases:
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is necessary to meet legal accountability duties and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for reliable preference management; consent for non-essential device access is requested under § 25(1) TDDDG and the GDPR. Confirm the final basis against the actual setup.
Provider/recipient:
CookieYes provides consent management and cookie preference management services to record and manage user consent choices.
Retention and transfers:
Consent records are retained only for as long as necessary to demonstrate user consent preferences and meet applicable compliance requirements. Applicable provider terms and safeguards apply to any related data processing.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary technologies may be used where required to transmit communications, deliver an expressly requested service, maintain security or remember your consent preference. Optional technologies are not activated unless the required consent has been given. The current cookie list, providers, purposes and durations are shown in the CookieYes preference interface and must be generated from a current production scan. You can change or withdraw optional consent at any time by selecting "Cookie Settings" in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Meta Pixel — optional Marketing

If you consent to Marketing, we may activate the Meta Pixel, a Meta Business Tool, to understand interactions with this website, measure advertising performance and, depending on the configured events and Meta settings, support audience and advertising functions. Data may include page and event information, browser/device information, IP address, referrer and identifiers stored in or read from your device. Meta may process this information under its own terms and privacy notices.

The Meta Pixel is optional, classified as Marketing, default OFF, and must remain blocked before valid consent wherever consent is required.

Legal bases:
your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for storage/access on your device, § 25(1) TDDDG.
Recipients / roles / transfers / retention:
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may process data as a provider of advertising and analytics services. Processing takes place only after consent has been granted through the cookie management interface. Applicable Meta privacy terms and data processing information apply.

You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings.

Affiliate links and merchant handoff

This website contains affiliate links. When you select such a link, you leave our website and enter an external environment operated by Digistore24 and/or the relevant product provider. If you make a purchase through such a link, we may receive an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Any tracking or processing associated with affiliate referrals is handled according to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers.

Email contact

If you contact us by email, we process the information you send, such as your email address, message and any voluntarily provided details, to respond and manage the correspondence.

Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns steps before or performance of a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to enquiries and maintaining business correspondence. Legal retention duties may also apply under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Retention:
correspondence is deleted when no longer needed for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable statutory retention duties or the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

No forms, accounts or newsletters

At launch, this website does not use a contact form, account registration, email subscription or newsletter. Please do not add any such function without updating this notice and completing the necessary consent, processor and security review.

Recipients, processors and international transfers

Personal data may be disclosed to service providers that support page delivery, consent management and—only after applicable consent—advertising measurement. Before publication, list each active provider, its role, location, relevant contract/DPA and any international-transfer mechanism. Do not rely on generic statements where a provider-specific disclosure is required.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as required for the stated purposes, applicable legal duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Provider-specific periods or objective retention criteria must be inserted after the production configuration has been verified.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise rights relating to processing for which we are the controller, contact contact@thehealthconsidered.com.

Automated decision-making

We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects through this website.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, providers, legal requirements or data flows change. The publication date above identifies the current public version. Material implementation changes must pass the change-control rule in Part III before release.
